- Starting Oct. 5, 2026, providers may submit EDI claims using the new payor ID DIHSC in preparation for Oct. 12, 2026, claim processing go-live date.
- IHSC will transition prior EDI claims with payor ID VAICE to the new required payor ID DIHSC, and will not require provider resubmission.
- Direct data entry submission (DDE) begins Oct. 12, 2026, via the IHSC Provider Portal for enrolled and approved providers in conjunction with the claims processing go-live launch.
- FY 2023-2024 filing years have closed for dates of service Oct. 1, 2022 – Sept. 30, 2024. Claims submissions for FY 2023 – 2024 will be rejected at the clearinghouse level.
