• Oct. 12, 2026, is the go-live launch for claim processing services and direct data entry (DDE) from the provider portal for all enrolled and approved providers.
• Register for Training Now: Providers and billing associates may register for upcoming claim processing webinar training sessions that begin Sept. 28, 2026, through the Learning Center, located within the Provider Resource Center on the IHSC website.
• FY 2026 EDI or DDE claims adjudication (dates of service from Oct. 1, 2025 – Sept. 30, 2026): for claims with FY 2026 dates of service, EFT reimbursement will follow the adjudication decision (provider must be enrolled and approved).
• FY 2025 and FY 2027 EDI or DDE claim adjudication exceptions:
  • FY 2025 dates of service (Oct. 1, 2024 – Sept. 30, 2025) adjudication will temporarily suspend until FY 2025 government funds are reallocated for EFT processing with Acentra Health (provider must be enrolled and approved).
  • FY 2027 dates of service (beginning on or after Oct. 1, 2026) will temporarily suspend until FY 2027 government funds are allocated for EFT processing, as this is normal at the start of a new federal fiscal year (provider must be enrolled and approved).
