- Register now for training. Providers and billing associates may register for provider webinar training through the Learning Center, located within the Provider Resource Center on the IHSC website at https://ihsc-dhs.acentra.com/learning-center/.
- The webinar training sessions provide key instruction for enrollment, implementation milestones, important provider requirements, use of the IHSC Provider Portal, claims submission instruction, and share available resources. IHSC will post recordings for providers who cannot attend live sessions.
- On Sept. 28, 2026, the IHSC Provider Portal will go-live, allowing providers time to enroll and prepare for claim adjudication.
- All providers must complete IHSC Provider Portal Enrollment to receive electronic fund transfer (EFT) payments, the payment method for IHSC claims adjudication. Once IHSC approves a provider’s enrollment, IHSC can process and adjudicate their claim submissions.
- The IHSC Provider Support Call Center is available to assist you 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Providers can reach the IHSC Provider Support Call Center by calling 1-844-922-IHSC (1-844-922-4472).
