- VA-FSC stopped processing claims on Sept. 11, 2026. This deadline applies to claims for services provided from Oct. 1, 2022, through Sept. 30, 2025, covering federal Fiscal Years 2023 through 2025.
- VA-FSC phone lines will close after Sept. 30, 2026. The phone lines are staffed Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. CT. You can reach them at (800) 479-0523 during these hours.
- IHSC will transition VA-FSC claims processing data to the Acentra Health’s system of services for provider access via the IHSC Provider Portal, once a provider is enrolled.
